After a tiring week of work/home, the apartment is getting the carpet cleaned as I type. Hopefully it'll be dry tonight so we can start moving stuff in.

    We shall see...

In other news, watched Dodgeball last night, funny to say the least.
Have purchased all the game books I'll need for a while, now to put them to use.

    Until later,

    Tired
today was the worse day of stock to date, little to nothing to do for the first 2.5 hrs, followed by my lunch being interrupted by Vistar(Auto City) with ~300 items aboard. It took longer to count everything then to unload and put away the next truck that just happened to be waiting on us. All 3 of us. Feet and back are sore, to say the least.

Hopefully everything will settle down soon. Needing a baby sitter for every shift is irritating.

    Oh well :\

    01. Reply with your name and I will write something about you.

    02. I will then tell what song/movie remind me of you.

    03. If I were to apply a time to you, it would be...

    04. I will try to name a single word that best describes you.

    05. I'll tell you the most memorable moment I've had with you.

    06. I will tell you what animal you remind me of.

    07. I'll then tell you something that I've always wondered about you.

    08. Put this in your journal.

The last few days have been rather busy for not having to work much. Spent loads of quality time with Lisa and Mandy doing various things, including a trip to CdL Franklin Park (my opinion on that to be posted later). Acquired a new cell phone, all kinds of cool (so if you need to get a hold of me, thats the number to call). Nothing really special to post about as of yet, but we shall see how tonight turns out, 5 - Close Cafe shift.

    Doesn't that cause Cancer?
A freshman at Eagle Rock Junior High won first prize at the Greater Idaho
Falls Science Fair, April 26. He was attempting to show how conditioned we
have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of
everything in our environment. In his project he urged people to sign a
petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical
    "dihydrogen monoxide."

And for plenty of good reasons, since it can:
    1. cause excessive sweating and vomiting
    2. it is a major component in acid rain
    3. it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
    4. accidental inhalation can kill you
    5. it contributes to erosion
    6. it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
    7. it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients

He asked 50 people if they supported a ban of the chemical. Forty-three said
yes, six were undecided, and only one knew that the chemical was water.

The title of his prize winning project was, "How Gullible Are We?" He feels
    the conclusion is obvious.

    A gravestone in Buferd, England
-In this place lies William Yeast. Pardon him for not rising.

There's an automotive tire dealer in town with the following motto painted in
two-foot high letters on the storefronts of their several locations:
"If it's in stock, we've got it!"

I worked for a while at a Wal-Mart store, selling sporting goods. As an
employee of Wal-Mart you are sometimes required to make store-wide pages,
e.g.,"I have a customer in hardware who needs assistance at the paint
    counter."
One night a tentative female voice came over the intercom system with the (I
    kid you not) following message:
"I have a customer by the balls in toys who needs assistance."

A friend from West Virginia was shopping at the Wal-Mart in Blacksburg, VA.
At the cash register, my friend wrote a check. The clerk asked for her
driver's license. She presented her West Virginia drivers license and the
clerk grabbed it way from her and scoffed at her, "If you're going to use a
fake ID, you could at least use a real state!" A manager was required to
    verify West Virginia's statehood.

Had my first official usher shift today. Learned a few things, as I expected, but not a whole lot. Plus, it's Thursday making it rather boring, but I have two night shifts this weekend. We shall see how this turns out.

    In today's news
    yesterday was crappy.

Today, not bad. A short shift at work with trainees.

Overall, picked up the new Mudvayne CD, "Lost and Found", and its rather good in my opinion. My grandma's apartment is now ours, it just needs to be clean. And I mean CLEANED. People can be so gross. Usher training thrice this week, should be entertaining. I think that's everything that hasn't been covered already.

    May your troubles be less,

After receiving my State Taxes a few days ago, I also got my grant passed with a fat check and going to get a refund on what I put into my class (a net gain of about $600), and soon my Federal Checkshould be arriving. Needless to say, this is going to help a LOT. After settling in the apartment, I should be able to get a new-to-me car or get a loan and a brand new car *excited*.

I think it's going to work out just fine.

    Update
    UPDATE!!

Went to Lisa's grandparents yesterday, and if it's a sign of things to come we have nothing to worry about. An enjoyable trip to Canadia, but it's so goddamn flat.

Anyways, finally have a little free time so here we are. More important stuff to come soon.

    PEBLAM (Still coughing)
ALthough I have successfully weathered the flu, which pisses me off since I got the goddamn flu shot, I still cannot stop coughing. Oh well, good with the bad. Mandy is doing better as far as the congestion goes but is getting a rash again. It's mostly my fault for not changing her enough, but I was incapacitated. Lisa seems to have handled the flu like a pro, just a few days and still working. I was racked up for a week and a half.
Tomorrow means back to work. That reminds me, I got my evaluation and my raise was approved! *rejoicing*
A quarter more might not sound like much, but at 35 hours a week (my avg) thats $455 a year. Not bad at all.
I think that sums up the missing time pretty accurately.

You scored as Satanism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. Satanism is a religious or philosophical movement centered around Satan or another entity identified with Satan, or centered around the forces of nature, particularly human nature, represented by Satan as an archetype. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.
